Meet Eslam Ali | ArchOpt

My work connects the business need with the systems that support it. I have worked across retail, telecommunications, social media analytics and banking, with experience spanning data platforms, machine learning and application development.

The thinking behind ArchOpt

ArchOpt takes its name from architecture optimization. The idea is to look at the whole system: its purpose, data, models, applications and the people responsible for it.

That perspective applies to both new work and existing systems. Sometimes the next step is a new capability. Sometimes it is a more considered way to operate or improve what is already there.

Ownership without constant direction

I take initiative, find the right people and work through uncertainty to keep delivery moving. I aim to understand the organization around the work as well as the technology itself.

Clear communication across disciplines

I connect business goals with technical choices and make trade-offs understandable. My experience includes stakeholder dashboards, customer workshops and collaboration on team priorities.

A useful part of your team

I share knowledge, contribute to ways of working and bring experience from different environments. Collaboration matters because the work needs to fit the team that will use and maintain it.
